Meet Royal Crest Rancheros! A truly hidden gem of a community in Vintage Vegas.
Located on both sides of Spencer, between Tropicana and Harmon, it features 158 homes, all on 1/2 acre lots. There's lots of twisting streets, interesting cul-de-sacs and some surprise dead ends. The homes were all built in 1964 and 1965, back when Tropicana was a gravel road out in the desert. McCarren Airport was under construction at the same time, and they built IT way out in the desert out of everyones way. From RCR, it's only 2 minutes to the airport.

About as Far South as we cover
and many of them aren't.
We think this hidden treasure will be one to watch, as about half of the residents "get it", and half of them DON'T YET.
My favorite aspect is that it's the ONLY neighborhood I know of in Vintage Vegas without curbs, gutters, sidewalks or street lights. Every resident I've ever talked to LOVES IT THAT WAY!
Currently there are 6 homes for sale between 519,000 and 618,000. All but one of the least expensive have pools. All are on full 1/2 acre lots.
