the DUMP of the week!

(update 4/26/07 This one sold in 6 days, and went to contract yesterday. We presume it will get fixed up to some degree, and be back on the market soon)

can you say fixer upper? this one hit the market this week for only 169,900, on a very nice block of Canosa (except for this one, of course). It's actually the best bargain downtown for someone with money, time and imagination. Funny how we sometimes like the dumps as much as the wows!




No one's tended to this yard in years, and it's the most overgrown I think I've ever seen.

A few weeks ago we posted about a kitchen with an old GE pull out range, and were looking for a photo of one. Couldn't find it on the whole internet, but found you one on Canosa.

All the walls, floors, ceilings are as dirty as this one. Probably the way my lungs look, but let's not go there.
