Downtown Vibrancy

The other day, I had to go to the IRS (don't ask!). It used to be in this enourmous new building at the far north end of the Union Pacific train yard.

Now it's totally dwarfed by the new Molasky Corporate Center building, which is another great architectural work.

I snooped around a bit, and found a 24 Hour Fitness being constructed on the ground level of the garage. More infrastructure of downtown livability shows up all the time. There's new restaurants, art galleries, recreation spaces, popping up all the time. Change is wonderful!
