I remember when

I had to look pretty far between houses, to find the nice ones. Many parts of Vintage Vegas had gotten real run down during the 80's and 90's. Many of them started cleaning up again about 2000, and some haven't gotten very far yet.

Now, I find 3 or 4 or 5 really cute houses, with one, or maybe 2, not so nice one's between clusters of nice ones. And it continues to improve.

The real estate industry calls it "Curb Appeal". A big part of curb appeal is the curb appeal of your immediate neighbors.

In the buying or selling of the homes in Vintage Vegas, the closer you are to the center of a cluster, the more the property is worth. And then there's a whole bunch of other things for other days, such as windows, and screw in fuses, plumbing, leaky windows and .............

So to all our VVV neighbors who live in a cluster of nice, I say Congratulations! You get it!
