Mayfair tract could be adorable, and it's certainly got the location. This was a recent listing that we sold, and the new owners have gone to town. They ripped off the gross aluminum siding so fast, my sign post got buried in the rubble. I guess early birds......
Mayfair is east of Maryland Parkway, Between Charleston and Fremont.
The 2nd group of the "tin man's" urban lofts will be built on Fremont at Bruce on the north edge of Mayfair. Group one is almost sold out at 11th and Carson, on Mayfair's west side.
