Time Capsule

Last night I heard a story. Seems that back in about 1962 or 1963, a time capsule was buried under the flagpole at John S. Park Elementary School. There was a big ceremony and all the school kids and parents brought things to put into it.

Denise was in 1st or second grade at the time. In the 80's she asked the current principal about it. The response was a lukewarm "so what". Well now there truly is a "what". We want to know the specifics. Where and when EXACTLY? Was there a plan to open it in 50 years? a hundred? did we already miss the planned excavation? What's in it? Who owns it? Who gets the stuff?

Denise is moving back into her childhood neighborhood. So are others that she went to Elementary School with. Surely there's a teacher from the 60's still living in the neighborhood.
