What a difference a day makes!

We're very proud of our neighbor on the corner of 8th place and Oakey. I'd started telling them a few months ago that there's was great example of "Mid-Mod" and that their colors were wrong. I assumed they were going to ignore me. Yesterday morning I found them just starting to tape things off for a new paint job.

By mid afternoon, I could tell that they now "get it".
