at "17 Palms" on Ellen Way. Looks Great. I'm so glad we're bringing some wonderful color back to the VVV neighborhoods. Beige on Beige is SO suburban!
And I'll do a re-run of the picture rock flagstone they used on the walks and drive way. It's stunning.
