Today's topic is "window coverings"
There's lots of creative and inexpensive ways to dress up a room with window coverings. You can add some color, highlight the size or shape, draw the buyer's attention to the view out the window and any number of ways to cause the buyer to fall in love. We see them all the time on HDTV.
I don't think they were watching. And I don't think the agent was doing the seller any favors by not thinking about what they're putting out there for the public and the real estate community to use in order to judge the property.
