I put some frames around a holiday card picture that I sent out once, but I don't think the "scrapbook" feature in the picture editor adds anything to promoting the house. The same amount of time could have been spent clearing some stuff off the counter, or the table. Then again, the foil could be pulled off the wall before taking the picture.
The only thing worse than a bad picture is no picture at all.
