The Fleur-de-lis apartments are a hidden gem in Vintage Vegas. The complex is quintessential mid- century apartment living. The tree lined street invites you back into history. The fleur-de-lis is one of the few places where you can have a 360 degree view of 60's architecture. Even the carports were custom designed!. The complex was built to house Low level entertainers and Show people, rented apartments were located so close to the strip and other amenities, that the convenience of Fleur-de-Lis living made sense. Today the apartments seem to be in a "Sunset Blvd" condition, as the neighborhood grows and improves we can loose the "Mrs. Havisham" look and uncover this wonderful place to call home. The rent on one of these large apartments can range from $680 pe/mo for a 1 bed (1,000 sqft) up to $1,500 for a 3 bed (2,500 sqft). These apartments include lots of windows and fireplaces and more.... At the current time there are allot of rent controlled tenants and some section 8 people in there. Right now only one pool is open during the summer season. I believe that in time the fabulous bones and great location will be the driving force behind the neighborhood face lift and other area improvement.
