$1000.00 HISTORY HUNT RULES

$1000.00 History Hunt Rules – The Hunt Begins May 12, 2007

1. To be entered into the drawing for $1000.00, you must:
a. Be 18 years of age or older
b. Physically find each property or location and
c. Prove you found it by taking a picture including your face and each location included in the hunt (all pictures involved with the hunt and party become property of VeryVintageVegas.com, and may be used for promotional or advertising purposes)
d. E-mail all 15 photos in one email, to Jack@UncleJack.com by midnight June 13th. ALL EMAIL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE ‘HISTORY HUNT’ AND YOUR FULL NAME IN THE SUBECT LINE TO BE VALID ENTRIES. Individual e-mails of pictures will not be accepted as entries; although you may send multiple emails if required to do so due to file sizes. In such case all e-mails must all be sent within ½ hour of the first email & the last email sent determines time of entry.

2. Every clue leads to a property or location in Vintage Las Vegas. All clues to locating the properties & items are obvious & available on the blog at www.VeryVintageVegas.com

3. Every person who e-mails all 15 valid pictures by the deadline will be entered in a drawing for the $1000.00 grand prize. The drawing will be held at a “Very Vintage Vegas Uncle Jackpot Party” on the 16th of June at 1908 Chapman Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89104. You or a representative (designated via e-mail by midnight on the 15th of June 2007) must be present at the party to win, or another name will be drawn.

4. Trespassing on private property, vandalism, or public disturbance in any fashion during the hunt, or at the party will not be tolerated and will disqualify you from the contest. VeryVintageVegas.com, its affiliates and partners will not be held liable in any way for any damage, injury, or loss incurred by, during, or associated with the contest, or the “Very Vintage Vegas Uncle Jackpot Party.”

5. The $1000.00 Grand Prize will be delivered via check at the “Very Vintage Uncle Jackpot Party.”

6. Other prizes
a. For the first five and last five complete entries e-mailed between May 12th 2007 and June 13th 2007, special bonus prizes will be awarded, and delivered on June 16th 2007 at 1908 Chapman Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89104.
b. For entries comprised of multiple e-mails, the last e-mail which finishes proof of delivery for having completed the hunt will be deemed the time of entry. (for compliance see #1 d.)

7. Participation in the contest in any fashion shall serve as understanding of and agreement with all rules and regulations here posted.

8. The location of the party is subject to change depending on the amount of entries. Should the location be changed, you will be notified at the email address you used for submission, and it will be posted at VeryVintageVegas.com.
