What to do with a 90 foot tall ham radio tower? Hopefully someone wants it! But we'd love to see it out of this front yard. And they're willing to give it to whoever will come and get it. Any Ham radio guys in the audience?This tower used to sit at 1041 Griffith in Huntridge until 1970 when it (and the family) was moved to Fran Park. In order to lay it down once it was out of the ground, the had to take a window out of the house across the street and push about 10 feet of it into the living room. Then they were able to get enough turning room to swing it parallel with the street. I don't think it will be that much trouble this time.
