The old verses the new

Especially in Las Vegas, the challenge is always to finding new uses for old things. It's a shame the land value on this lot with 2 cottages on 1st Street downtown is so huge. But then again, there was nothing of historic or architectural value worth preserving, so I'm guessing the bulldozers will be attacking in short order. The land is worth a million an acre or more. That's Newport Lofts looming over it on 3rd Street.
