Count the number of Cranes in the skyline to determine if the city is growing or failing. (I counted 42 projects from the top of the stratosphere the other day) Less than 10? sell now! more than 10 is great. But more than 40? BUY what ever you can get your hands on!
THE SAME THING CAN BE SAID ABOUT DUMPSTERS! That's how I measure the vitality of a Vintage neighborhood. How often do dumpsters come and go as people do Major projects, remodels, restorations, or blow and go cleanups. We find 2 or 3 new ones almost every day in the Very Vintage Vegas neighborhoods.
