Yard ART? or eccentric?

We finally got to meet Paradise Palms most eccentric and colorful resident. We talked for hours, and got so many amazing stories from Vintage Vegas's and the strip's glorious 50's and 60's era.
Ben will be telling more as we sort it all out. There's a LOT to digest. AND...she's promised to come to the Big "Uncle Jackpot Party" on June 16th at Ben's amazing downtown Mid-Mod home. All of our readers are invited, of course.
