9th st has a new carport going up. Back when Huntridge Cottages were built families were lucky to have one car. Now most households have 2 or more cars ( The national average is 2). The next step is finding a covered place to keep your car, I'm looking forward to see how this Vintage Vegas owner ties a new carport onto an old house.

Ben, Several of the Huntridge homes had two car garages-out back.
Too many people converted them into "guest houses or additional living space" and realize now that there is nothing that beats a
garage or at least a carport. As for my opinion, covered parking is more important than extra bedrooms
could ever be. MJ
