It's been a while since I ran into anything worthy of being called "the dump of the week". (click on the label buttons below the post to see some of the other "winners" of this prestigious honor.)
This is the singlemost WORST property in all of Fran Park, which means it's also the one I'd MOST LIKE TO GET MY HANDS ON.
It's one of the Duplexes from group 1, and both sides appear to be vacant, and have been for a very long time.
