There's a point to doing this.... besides having fun. Regardless of whether the public is actively "in the market" at any given moment or not, they want to know what's for sale, how much it's listed for and HOW IT COMPARES to other properties that have sold or are listed. Pictures are worth 10000 words. Agents and Appraisers Sellers and Buyers all need good information to make intelligent valuations.
Sellers properties are not getting good exposure, or proper marketing when agents are careless, and lazy at best, or outright idiotic at worst. And the only thing WORSE than a bad picture is NO PICTURE AT ALL!
I call this one "RALPH, did you finish sweeping the kitchen? The agent's going to be here any minute to take the pictures!"
