So if that's all you're showing is the furniture, then why does it belong in the MLS? Obviously, an occupied home will have furnishings in the picture, but the picture should be of the FEATURE of the home, that is, the part that the buyer gets to keep.
Granted, our first picture today does tell us that the room has a window. There's also some carpet, and the walls aren't white. but is it a bedroom? The living room?
The second picture only tells us that there's a bedroom in the home. Beyond that? Nada!
The only thing worse than a bad pictures... is no pictures at all.
