Welcome to "Leave it to Beaver Land". Actually it's called Paradise Crest, and hands down, it's the prettiest neighborhood in all of Vintage Vegas. All of the 170 homes were built between 1967 and 1971, in the WAY OUT FAR SUBURBS near Flamingo Rd and Pecos Rd.
We visited it on the History Hunt, and and it was everyone's favorite. All the homes are custom built, on 12,000 to 23,000 foot lots. Most have pools, and terrific landscape. I only found 1 house, period, with a bad landscaping, some neglect, and it's the one I used for the "how to screw up a dimensional roof" post, the other day. I'll leave it to you decide which one it is.
Paradise Crest is located south of Flamingo, between Sandhill and Pearl. Prices range from $495,000 to $4,065,000. and there's only 5 for sale and 2 under contract at the moment.

PARADISE CREST is a Vintage Vegas Oasis
Located southeast from Pecos and Flamingo, Paradise Crest is a Vintage Vegas hidden treasure. Built between 1968 and 1972 these custom homes on sprawling 1/3 acre lots create a ranch oasis. Paradise Crest is only three miles from the strip and the airport. Home to many prominent doctors and lawyers, Paradise Crest boasts a few architectural styles and many have been upgraded with much integrity. There are a few left that are undergoing restoration or could use a face lift. Most are one story ranging from 1,500 sqft to above 5,000 sf. Prices range from the low $400's to the mid $700's. There are 6 available at the moment.
Here is one of the Great A-Frame style homes in Paradise Crest
We don't know what style home this is, but share your thoughts
One of the many original well kept homes.
From Great Britain to Las Vegas, I Love Tudor!
This well maintained hacienda is so peaceful, I wish you could hear the small fountain.
A Southern plantation style fit for "the King" or the President.
