Ken Wolfson "GETS IT" and he is proving it by taking the great style of 1970's and bringing it up to date with a crisp modern edge. His style is very sophisticated and seems to define a new urban Las Vegas. I can only imagine what it will feel like sipping a cocktail on a balcony enjoying sweeping views of Las Vegas from my Avenue penthouse. The Avenue has every possible creature comfort of modern living while representing a classic style that will be ageless.
