St. Louis Ave. - Curbs Going In!

The construction on St. Louis Ave is moving along! The curbs for the new landscaping are appearing, and we can't wait to see it when it's done! We'll keep you updated as progress is made. Uncle Jack was president of the Southridge neighborhood association when this project was first divised. Many meetings later, thanks to the city and our councilman Gary Reese, and many others, there will be a great separation between the Vintage homes and the schools, parks and churches along St. Louis Ave.

70's meets Now

Ken Wolfson "GETS IT" and he is proving it by taking the great style of 1970's and bringing it up to date with a crisp modern edge. His style is very sophisticated and seems to define a new urban Las Vegas. I can only imagine what it will feel like sipping a cocktail on a balcony enjoying sweeping views of Las Vegas from my Avenue penthouse. The Avenue has every possible creature comfort of modern living while representing a classic style that will be ageless.

The Avenue- By WOLFSON

I Couldn't be happier about the Avenue project. These mid rise lofts are in a great location and they have every amenity that anybody could desire. I am impressed with the designer Ken Wolfson. This man has left no stone unturned and considered every detail of his design. Mr. Wolfson is a man who "GETS IT" and I am glad to see his vision developing. Be one of the LUCKY FIVE people who can reside at the Avenue, better check out wolfsonlofts.com.
