McNeil

McNeil is an umbrella term for McNeil Estates, McNeil Track and McNeil Manor and McNeil Park. McNeil is located 2 miles west of Las Vegas Blvd, off Charleston. Roughly, the boundaries are Charleston, Cashman, Oakey and Rancho.

Mr. McNeil sub-divided all the lots for custom homes (though some builders bought quite a few and developed them). Most Homes were built between the 1950's through the 1970's, but some brand new homes are under construction right now. Wide streets boast different size lots. McNeil Park are three different cul-de-sacs off Rancho, called Llewellyn, Laurie and Karli. Supposedly Mr. McNeil's daughters. The unverified story we keep hearing is that all the street names are first names of his family members.

Unclejack's first client bought a McNeil home. Many different home styles and sizes. Close to Downtown and shopping, freeways and more, the McNeil area is Vintage Vegas at it's finest. 548 total homes, with prices that vary from the high $300's to the Mid $800's
