Very affordable Vintage Vegas living

Town houses were the thing in the 60's and into the 70's! Braewood Heritage, Heritage Square South, Sunrise Villas 1-9, Garden Park, and many others are scattered thru Paradise Valley, (the near south east). We'll be doing a post on each in the coming weeks.
Though we didn't include them in the HISTORY HUNT, you'll be driving by or near many of them. Keep checking back for side trips to show them off while you're driving the HISTORY HUNT. (History Hunt rules and directions are in the left column of V3).

They provided lots of space, convenient carefree living, access to pools, tennis, clubhouses and lots of shared ammenities. The landscaping was often luxurious and VERY green.

They're still affordable, and all the ammenities are still there for your enjoyment. They also make excellent rental properties if you're thinking of investing, though some have rental restrictions if not outright bans.
