Remember the ugly house of the week HERE?

Turns out or very own Frantz and Stephanie were able to get their hands on it, and their magic is has turned into VVV's newist listing. I mentioned it HERE as the clean up got underway.

Now it's the cutest 2/2 and we'll have pictures and have it listed by the end of the day today. The wood floors have been polished, the kitchens been totally replaced, the windows are dual pane, the roof and AC are 5 years old. It's a gem now for 259,000.
