takes us over to the west side of Vintage Vegas. One of the greenest neighborhoods is "GLEN HEATHER" which sits in the South East corner of Rancho and Oakey. There's a mix of "mid-mods", ranches, ramblers and a few other styles all built in the early to mid 50's.
We found the lowest priced home for sale at 299,900. It's a true cosmetic fixer. The roof and AC are newer, but the inside and landscape needs lots of help. Our friend Liz from Desert Realty has given us permission to feature it. Can you say "bargain"? It's a 3/2/2 with covered patio, and some features worth saving like the 3 way stone fireplace, and the tourquoise original tile bathroom.
