found this one over in a neighborhood we don't regularly cover, since it's really far out west almost to Decatur just south of Sahara. It's called Enchanted Village. Moderately priced, with some cinderella ranches, and some mid-mod stylings, but much more run down than not. The 1960's part of the neighborhood are more interesting than the VERY 70's ranch style parts. Prices range from 250k to 300. Many with pools, and all are on 7000 to 10,000 foot lots.
