It's not just about the real estate! It's about a better life.

It's You & I.. not 'them' or 'those' that should be making the vintage neighborhoods such a desirable place to live, work, & play. Everyone who does one of the three in this area can make a difference. We're working hard on it, and we know a lot of you are too. Thank you!

Let's look at a topic mind-sparked by this issue of Vurb magazine's write-up, "City Living 101" by Kyle Ezell. Commerce. The more of it that goes on in an area, the better the miro-economy. Downtown Cocktail room doing well helps Beauty Bar by making Freemont & Las Vegas Blvd. a hub for tucked-together great places to go for a drink with friends. You've got options, & if one's not exactly what you're feeling that night, or 'who you're with', then the other's right there & a bit different. There's also the habit of consumers driving a certain roadway system to fulfill a certain need or want, & the reinforcement of that pattens beneficial compensation.

What I'm getting at is this: the better your neighbor is doing, whether its in residential real estate value, or in company profit, the better off we all are. And, I think we are all consistently doing better in the big picture as of late. VeryVintageVegas.com is thrilled at & proud of what downtown Las Vegas and it's mature surrounding areas are today. I know Jack has been hammering away at re-building these communities since before I could point to Las Vegas on a map. We all want to make it even better than it is now, and we know we've aiming for a passionate community-mutual goal.

If you have a business in Vintage Vegas; if you like what we're working for, call us. We want to meet you. We want to savor that house specialty in your restaurant. We want to know the stories behind your trip to Brazil to purchase & import exotic musical instruments. Ben wants to know who sold you the slot machine that Lefty Rosenthal spilled his drink on & now sits behind your cash register.(& he probably also wants to know what else they're selling)

We want to know who you are, what you're doing that makes Vintage Vegas two steps cooler; then we want to share it with 2oo-400 eyeballs a day(& growing?). We want more people to see what's really going on here. We'd also think it was really cool if you kept a VVV window sticker up in a small spot on your store glass. Let's make this happen better & even more quickly than it already is. Call us out to come see what your doing so we can write it up, snap some pictures, & get a good word out.
You can e-mail me: stevechristmas@gmail.com or call us, 702-378-7055, we're nice to everyone.
