the multi colored fence is the result of the city getting rid of graffiti, but it's still up to the homeowners to paint out the cities paint. I'm working with Neighborhood Services to get them to carry more than one color of paint on the trucks. The county does a much better job, as they always have 7 colors, and try to match as best as they can.
