I don't understand....

On my way home this morning, I spotted two shopping carts. They were both on the sidewalk and empty. I wonder who left them and why. One was from Albertson's and the other was from Food 4 Less. I'm not quite sure what to do....... any suggestions?

I hate those damn things parked in my neighborhood as well!! I have seen 1-2 of them parked right at the homes on Bonita which face the dead end of 14th, and they look horrendous! And these are nice homes!! I'm tempted to push them right up to the owner's front door; maybe then they will be forced to do something, if they can't walk thru their front door!! They really do make a nice neighborhood appear to have a "ghetto" feeling. And I'm embarrased of them being near my home!

If they're in the city, Las Vegas Neighborhood services will collect them, and return them to the store. CALL 229-1615

OR if you see them, or graffiti or eyesore causing neighbors with their unmowed lawns, junk in the driveway etc, CAll NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES for the county at 455-4191

Whenever I see shopping carts on sidewalks and can see the store name, I call the store closest to the location where spotted and let the manager know. There's a company that retrieves stray carts for grocery stores.
