loosen your belts!

2 big food events coming up next week. Neither of them are in Vintage Vegas, but occasionally there's something worth traveling more than 2 miles from home to experience. Here's 2 good reasons to fill up the gas tank and venture out to the "burbs".

Target/Sears/Penneys parking lot at Flamingo and Grand Canyon (just west of the beltway)

Experience Las Vegas' biggest Italian food and cultural festival, The San Gennaro Feast, September 11th through the 16th! A twice a year festival held in honor of the Saint Gennaro, the festival features a wide variety of ethnic food vendors, live national acts hourly on the main stage, amusement rides and fun games for the whole family. The festival, held in Las Vegas, is one of the most popular community events for locals and visitors from all over the world. Each festival expects to out-do the last, so don't miss out on the best Italian Heritage Celebration this side of Naples! The Feast will be held at Flamingo Rd. off the 215. Go west on Flamingo, turn left at Grand Canyon Dr. In the shopping center next to Target, Sears and JCPenny. You know your there when you smell the Italian sausage and peppers!
