Serious Commercialization on Oneida Way

There were about a dozen Paradise Palms homes that face into the back of the parking lot of the Sears Store at Boulevard Mall. The county master zoning plan calls for them to be allowed to be rezoned as commercial space. There's really only been one business operationg that went thru the process, but now it looks like they're going to have some company.
