Kay Athol's "Bad MLS photo of the day" published a picture in HIS bad mls photo series that I JUST HAD TO TOP! It's bad enough that his picture and mine were taken from inside the car. His has other problems besides the mirror, as the angle of the photo causes 1/2 the house to be hidden.
I know it's hot outside, but please! get out of the car, and look for the best place to shoot the picture. Think about the shadows and the time of day. Think about the angle, the background, the trash cans, the toys, and the clutter. Take LOTS of pictures. Photoshop them if you have to. PLEASE!

A pictures worth a thousand words, and the only thing worse than a bad picture is NO PICTURE!
