A busy week ahead

Just some dates you might want to remember:

The "Untold Stories" History discussion series, Thursday September 6, 6:30 reception, 7pm discussion at the Springs Preserve. click here for the original post and PR release and bios of the panel participants.

LOPRO, the downtown "local professionals" mixer at the Downtown Cocktail Room is every Thursday evening from 4pm to 8pm. We'll be leaving early this week due to the untold stories history event that same evening.

First Friday, September 7, 6pm to 10pm. check in with The FIRST FRIDAY website for all the special events this month

The "Taste of Las Vegas" is Sunday, 9/9 click here to see the official promo piece

We're meeting with Vurb Magazine for the "neighborhoods map" project on Friday.

We're meeting with a "someone" who wants to rebuild the mid-mods as "green" energy efficient, earth friendly homes using as much recyclables as possible. For example, he tells me that there is carpet that's made entirely of recycled plastic. Looking forward to hearing more about that.

Our own favorite mortgage lender, new downtown resident and all around superman, STEVE CHRISTMAS, is also our favorite DJ. He's spinning Wednesday Night at RA SHUSHI in the Fashion Show Mall at midnite, but the whole event (open turntables) is from 10-2am. Great place to spot some new DJ talent.

And, of course, we're pumping out the marketing, showing homes to smart people who don't want to be saying in a few months "Damn, I missed the bottom".
