Central Heat and Air Conditioning Became Affordable In The 1960's

Many of the oldest homes in Very Vintage Vegas were built with either NO HEAT OR AIR at all, or at best they were built with Swamp Coolers on the roof, and Wall Heaters in the living room and sometimes in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

We've been encouraging people to keep them for nostalgic reasons and they make good conversation pieces also. I've collected some photos of the most common ones I run into in VVV.

It's nice that service providers are now available online. This makes them a lot easier to contact.

Check if your AC is still in warranty and if it is, find the nearest authorized repair center. You can do so by calling the customer service number provided on the manual of the AC.
