Todays Worst MLS Photo--Curb Appeal Does Matter in Vegas Real Estate

First Impressions. That's what gets you hooked into wanting to see more. Or it just flat out turns you off. The next button is only a very short click away.
The palm trees above a block wall seems to be shot from the street behind the house. There's no picture of the front of the house. (and I'm probably the only one who will notice the inconsistency of the decorative blocks in the top tier. There seems to be one XX pattern in the middle of a row of HH patterns, but I digress).
I can't for the life of me figure out how a basketball hoop thingy held down by old tires helps to make this an endearing home.
As the market starts to turn around, it's the best looking homes that are going to sell first. They're going to get the most showings, because both agents and buyers are making their short lists from the pictures and descriptions on the MLS.
