Wondering what's up at the old Post Office next to City Hall. I'll check it out, but if anyone has a clue, tell us in the remarks.

I snapped this while driving northbound on 4th Street heading to the 95W.

They are covering the library because they are replacing the windows. It is to keep the building safe.
