A lot of housing styles we DON"T HAVE in Vintage Vegas

The Very idea of using the word VERY in our title is really a joke of sorts. Since Las Vegas is the "newest" city in America, and old in LV is 1950's when it comes to housing, we decided to be a little tongue-in-cheek by calling our urban core "VeryVintageVegas".

I actually started out last night with a google search for an official definition of bungalow. I stumbled into this article on architectural styles. Most of these are rareties, and I was able to think of at least one example that I know of for each of these 35 housing styles.

About.com Architecture35 housing styles

Victorian - Second Empire

Neo-Classical

Colonial - Revival

Queen Anne

Thanks for identifying the various architectural forms. Very informative. Would love to own any of the ones you have shown.(So long as they could be in Vegas!)MJ
